摘要
将价值网理论运用于电商零售企业运营模式,构建并探析了电商零售企业竞争优势体系及价值生成路径。研究表明:价值网模式下电商零售企业价值增值机制由原来"供应商-企业-顾客"的线性单一的价值链模式转变为企业、顾客、供应商、战略伙伴之间的全方位立体空间模式;电商零售企业竞争优势的来源包括企业核心能力和网络整合能力两方面;电商零售企业价值网运营模式设计的五个关键要素是价值定位、价值活动、价值创造、战略控制和有效实施。
In this paper,we applied the value network theory to the operational mode of the e-commerce retail enterprises and established the competitive edge system and value generation path of these enterprises.Through the analysis,we found that,under the value network mode,the value generation mechanism of the e-commerce retail enterprises would transform from the originally "supplierenterprise-customer" linear value chain mode into the comprehensive stereoscopic mode which involved the enterprise,its customers,suppliers and strategic partners; the source of the competitive edge of these enterprises included their core competence and network integration competence; and the five key elements in designing a successful value network operational mode for these enterprises were value positioning,value movement,value creation,strategic control and effective implementation.
