摘要
设计一种应用于5.8 GHz有源RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)标签超宽带天线。该天线在覆铜介质基板上通过酸蚀制得,介质基板尺寸为30.0 mm×30.0 mm×1.5 mm,材料是相对介电常数为2.65的F4BK-2基板。利用仿真软件HFSS对天线参数进行仿真和优化。该天线使用梯形辐射贴片,达到展宽带宽的目的,天线频带宽度达到3.1 GHz^11.2 GHz(S11<-10 d B),相对带宽达113%,按照优化尺寸对天线进行加工制作。测试结果表明,实测数据与仿真值基本吻合,该天线不仅可以实现超宽带,而且结构简单,尺寸小,易于集成。
Ultra Wideband(UWB) antenna used for 5.8GHz active RFID tag is designed. The antenna is etched on a copper- cladding substrate, whose material is F4BK-2 with relative permittivity of 2.65, and the magnitude is 30. Omm x 30.0 mm ×1.5 mm. The parameters of the antenna are simulated and optimized with HFSS. The trapezoidal radiating patch is used to broaden the impedance bandwidth. The bandwidth ( return loss~〈 - 10 dB) is from 3.1 GHz ~ 11.2 GHz that means a relative bandwidth of 113%. A prototype antenna is fabricated, the results show that good agreement has obtained between the simulation and exper- iment and the proposed antenna can not only realize the ultra-wideband, but also have the merits of simple structure, small size and ease of integration.
