摘要
采用气相色谱-火焰光度法(GC-FPD)结合大体积不分流进样技术,建立高效、灵敏测定茶叶中有机磷农残的检测方法。对茶叶样品,采用改进的Qu ECh ERS方法,以去离子水浸泡、乙酸乙酯丙酮混合溶剂对茶叶中的有机磷农残进行提取,经Carbon-NH2复合柱净化,不经浓缩直接进样分析。通过试验发现,使用大体积不分流进样技术,进样体积为30μL时,对各有机磷农残的检测相比传统不分流进样1μL,灵敏度提高了近25倍。试验结果表明,采用GC-FPD结合大体积不分流进样技术对茶叶中有机磷农残检测是一种非常灵敏、高效的检测方法,能够大大缩短前处理时间,并具有较高的检测灵敏度。
In the paper, a efficient, sensitive detection method for determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues in tea is established with gas chromatography- flame photometric detection(GC- FPD) combined with big volume don't shunt injection technology. Of tea samples, using the improved Qu ECh ERS method, by soaking in the deionized water, acetone, ethyl acetate mixed solvent to extraction of organophosphorus pesticide residues in tea, the Carbon-NH2 composite column purification, without direct sampling analysis. Through the study found that, using large volume don't shunt sample, sample size is 30 μL, to detect the organophosphorus pesticide residues than traditional shunt sample 1 μL, increased sensitivity nearly 25 times.The results show that the GC- FPD with big volume don't shunt injection technology for organophosphorus pesticide residues in tea is a very sensitive and efficient detection method, can greatly shorten the processing time before, and has high detection sensitivity.
