摘要 以某电厂鼓泡塔烟气脱硫系统为研究对象,对系统用水、耗水及水量平衡情况进行了全面分析;分别对有无GGH的脱硫系统进行了水平衡试验与对比。结果表明:烟气水分蒸发损失是脱硫系统耗水量高的主要原因;当前脱硫系统水平衡存在的主要问题是当机组低负荷运行时,烟气蒸发量大大减少,难以维持系统水平衡,这对无GGH的机组影响更为明显。对此,结合电厂实际运行情况提出了加大循环水利用量,延长除雾器冲洗间隔等措施。 The water utilization,water consumption and water balance were analyzed in detail for the jet bubbling reactor's(JBR)flue gas desulfurization(FGD)system in a thermal power plant.The water balance tests were conducted for the JBR's FGD system with and without gas-gas heater(GGH).The results show that water evaporation loss was the main reason for water consumption in the JBR's FGD system.In addition,water evaporation reduced greatly when the unit ran at low load,so the water balance was difficult to maintain under the low load conditions.The water balance situation will get worse for units without GGH.On this basis,this paper puts forward several optimization suggestions,such as increasing the circulating water usage and prolonging the washing interval time of the demister.
