摘要
目的:了解温州市人民医院(以下简称"我院")肿瘤住院患者中药注射剂的使用情况,为中药注射剂在肿瘤患者中的合理使用提供参考。方法:抽取2013—2015年我院使用中药注射剂的2 849份肿瘤患者病历,对中药注射剂的使用情况进行分析。结果:2013—2015年我院使用中药注射剂的病例数逐年增加,患者的平均年龄和平均住院时间、中药注射剂的平均使用时间均有逐年降低的趋势;使用中药注射剂的患者以膀胱癌和乳腺癌患者为多;我院肿瘤住院患者所使用的9种中药注射剂中,2013—2014年以补益类为主,2015年以抗肿瘤类为主;发生不良反应例数最多的是艾迪注射液,其次为参芪扶正注射液。结论:我院中药注射剂的使用情况基本合理,但也存在一些不合理应用现象,应加强对中药注射剂使用的监测,促进临床合理用药。
OBJECTIVE：To investigate the application status of traditional Chinese medicine （ TCM ） injections in inpatients with tumor in Wenzhou People＇s Hospital（hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”）, so as to provide reference for the rational application of TCM injections in inpatients with tumor.METHODS：2 849 medical records with TCM injections were extracted during 2013-2015, analysis was conducted on the application of TCM injections.RESULTS：During 2013-2015, the number of patients with TCM injections were in a increasing trend year after year, while the average age, the average hospitalization time, the average application time of TCM injections were in a decreasing trend.And the majority diseases were bladder cancer and breast cancer.There were 9 kinds of TCM injections used by inpatients with tumor in our hospital, the most used class was tonic in 2013-2014, which turned to antitumor in 2015.The number of cases induced by Aidi injections took the lead, followed by Shenqifuzheng injections.CONCLUSIONS：The application of TCM injections is basically rational in our hospital, but there are still some irrational phenomenon.It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of application of TCM injections and promote the rational application of drugs in clinic.
