摘要
综述了低温燃烧法(LCS)合成稀土掺杂纳米发光材料的研究概况,分析了LCS的工作原理,重点阐述了LCS工艺参数,如燃烧剂、pH值、煅烧温度、分散剂等对材料形貌、微观结构和性能的影响,讨论了LCS工艺参数的选择原则,最后对LCS存在的制备成本高、粉体易团聚等问题及其发展趋势作出了简要分析和展望。
The research and progress on the low-temperature combustion synthesis (LCS) of the rare earth ion doped luminescent nanocrystals were reviewed. The synthesis principle and methods of LCS were introduced. The emphasis was put on the influences of the process parameters ( such as fuels, oxidant-to-fuel ratio, pH value, calcination temperature and dispersant, etc. ) on the microstructure and property of the products. Moreover, the main problems and the developing direction of LCS were discussed briefly.
