摘要
基于三维围岩温度场的理论模型,对巷道风流温湿度的分布进行数值模拟,并在此基础上建立适用于矿井通风网络内温湿度环境预测分析的实用数学模型。以水平巷道为研究对象,探讨了在考虑到热传导、水分的蒸发与凝结、空气的压缩与膨胀等各种条件下的风流温湿度分布的特征。利用VB语言编制了解算风流温湿度变化规律的软件程序,解算结果显示:巷道围岩的潮湿率对风流温湿度的影响较大。最后通过矿井实测数据进行了对比验证。
Based on the theoretical model of three-dimensional surrounding rock temperature field, numerical simulationwas carried out on the distribution of the air temperature and humidity in the mine roadway, on this basis, a mathematical modelsuitable for the prediction analysis of the temperature and humidity in the mine ventilation network was established. By taking ahorizontal roadway as the research object, discussion was made on the distribution features of the temperature and humidityunder various air conditions such as the heat conduction, the water evaporation and condensation and the air compression andexpansion. In addition, the calculation program for air temperature and humidity variation law was compiled by VB language,and the calculating results showed that the moisture rate of the roadway surrounding rock had a greater impact on the airtemperature and humidity. Finally, comparative verification was conducted with the actually measured mine data.
