摘要
开发了一种基于气溶胶粒径分布测定电子烟烟雾量的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:(1)测定步骤:采用吸烟循环模拟机(SCS)-快速粒径谱仪(DMS500)抽吸电子烟,测定产生的烟雾中的气溶胶颗粒粒径分布和数目;并测定气溶胶体积流量C和检测时间t;(2)计算方法:由气溶胶颗粒粒径分布和数目划分出气溶胶颗粒物各分级直径d_i并计算出各d_i对应的气溶胶颗粒物的平均数浓度n,并推导出计算公式W=28∑i=1(1/6πd_i^3×ρ_0×10^(-18)×n×∫_t_0~t_1cdt);(3)评价比较:按照此计算公式对产生的烟雾量进行计算。依据所建立的方法对市售的10种电子烟的烟雾量进行了评价比较。结果表明该方法可对电子烟烟雾量进行实时的客观评价,避免目前感官评价方法因个体视觉差异引起的误差。
This research developed an evaluation method for electronic cigarette smoke based on aerosol particle size distribution. It includes: 1) Detection: electronic cigarettes was smoked by Smoking Cycle Simulator(SCS), size distribution and number of aerosol particle in smoke was detected by Fast Particulate Spectrometer(DMS500), and volume flow C and inspection time t were also measured; 2) Calculation: aerosol particulate matter was divided into classifying diameter di and corresponding average number concentration n was calculated on the basis of aerosol particle size distribution and the number, the calculation formula W=28∑i=1(1/6πd_i^3×ρ_0×10^(-18)×n×∫_t_0~t_1cdt) for smoke quantity was derived; 3) Evaluation: smoke quantity of ten electronic cigarettes was calculated using the formula. Results showed that smoke quantity of electronic cigarette could be evaluated accurately and objectively by this method, which could avoid evaluation error caused by different individual vision.
