摘要
针对海上油田分层注水井调配时钢丝作业设备的重量大、作业时占用平台面积大等问题,设计了新型的小型化调配设备。不仅减小了钢丝作业设备的重量,同时还减小了小型化调配设备占用平台面积。通过设计的防喷管提升装置,使得钢丝作业可以不依赖平台吊装设备完成防喷管拆装和钢丝工具更换。设计出的小型化调配设备可以实现在平台与其它作业交叉同时进行,应用结果验证了小型化调配设备的适用性。
Wireline operation equipment used for adjusting operation of separating injection well is relatively very heavy and bulky, thus a new kind of small adjusting operation equipment is designed. This new equipment is much lighter and occupies limited area. The designed lubricator lifting device can dismount the lubricator and change the wireline equipment, and make it possible to apply adjustment operation with other operation on the platform at the same time.Application results proves that this new adjusting operation equipment is applicable for platform.
