摘要
在分析铸坯产生振痕原因的基础上,当钢水发生瞬间断流,采用降低自动控制液面液位线,捞取渣圈的方法有效降低了因铸坯振痕而引起的漏钢,在连铸分厂4#机得到了较好的应用。
Based on the analysis of the generated reason of the slap's oscillation mark, when steel water instant shut -off aroused, adopted the method of dropped down radioactive marked line and cleared away slag circle effectively reduced the breakout caused by slap's oscillation mark, and a-chieved good results.
