摘要
本文根据工作面过断层、泥岩伪顶区及火成岩发育区等地质构造合成区情况,通过理论分析和现场试验,研究深部复杂地质构造合成区大倾角综采工作面极破碎顶板综合控制技术。张双楼煤矿已进入-1000m水平深井开采,采用工作面预注马丽散加固煤壁和顶板、管缝锚杆强化煤壁、锚索吊梁超前支护顶板等措施,现场应用结果表明,工作面杜绝了顶板漏冒、歪架事故,有效的控制了工作面破碎顶板,效果显著。
Based on the conditions of work face getting through fault,roof with mudstone and volcanic plutonic rock zone,by theoretical analyzing and practice experiment,this thesis research no the extreme broken roof control technology on fully-mechanized coal mining face under deep complex geological conditions.Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine has already mined under 1000m,by using advanced injection to strengthen the rib and roof,using arch to strength rib and using anchor cable to advanced supporting roof,the practice shows that no roof falling and slanting happen,which efficient control the broken roof.
