摘要
目的:探讨自制截石位体位架在婴幼儿输尿管软镜手术中应用的安全性和有效性。方法:统计分析在婴幼儿输尿管软镜手术中以普通截石位体位架、自制截石位体位架进行体位摆放的时间和体位摆放后腿部松脱的发生情况;调查研究护士、医师、麻醉师对上述两种方法的满意度。结果:使用普通截石位体位架、自制截石位体位架的体位摆放时间分别为(18.61±3.79)min、(10.06±1.66)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。使用普通截石位体位架进行体位摆放后腿部松脱的发生率明显高于自制截石位体位架(P<0.05)。护士、医师、麻醉师对自制截石位体位架满意度明显高于普通截石位体位架(P<0.05)。结论:在婴幼儿输尿管软镜手术中应用自制截石位体位架是可行的,安全有效的。
Objective：To discuss the safety and effectiveness of application of self - made lithotomy position holder in infant ureter soft - lens surgery. Methods ：Statistically analyze the time of placing ordinary lithotomy position holder and self - made lithotomy position holder in infant ureter soft - lens surgery and occurrence of leg loosing after position placing;investigate satisfaction of nurses,physicians,anesthesiologists with the above two methods. Results：The time of placing ordinary lithotomy position holder and self - made lithotomy position holder was （18.61 ±3. 79） min and （10. 06 ± 1 . 66） min, respectively. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05）. The leg loosing of ordinary lithotomy position holder was significantly higher than self - made lithotomy position holder （P 〈 0. 05）. The satisfaction of nurses, physicians, anesthesiologists with self - made lithotomy position holder was much higher than ordinary lithotomy position holder （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ： Application of self - made lithotomy position holder in infant ureter soft - lens surgery was feasi-ble, safe and effective.
