摘要
通过对正交试验样本的极差分析得到最优配比,并基于最优配比,对试样中的矿渣采用钢渣进行取代,测试试样的抗压强度、吸水性能和膨胀收缩性能,重点分析了钢渣取代量对复合充填胶凝材料物理力学性能的影响。研究表明:钢渣取代量对试样的物理力学性能有显著影响,随着钢渣取代量的提高,试样的抗压强度逐渐降低,吸水量逐渐升高,收缩率逐渐减小;随着钢渣取代量的提高,试样水化产物中的托勃莫来石、硬硅钙石、水铝钙石和CS-H逐渐减少,直至消失,而板状的氢氧钙石等水化产物逐渐增多。
The optimal ratio was obtained by range analysis of orthogonal test, and based on the optimal ratio, the content of GGBS was substituted by different content of steel slag, and those samples were characterized by compressive strength test, water absorption test and expansion-contraction test, the influence of steel slag substitution on the physical and mechanical properties of samples were analyzed. Studies have shown that: steel slag substitution have a significant impact on the physical and mechanical properties of samples, with the substitution of steel slag increased, the compressive strength of samples gradually reduced, water absorption gradually increased, shrinkage rate decreased; with the substitution of steel slag increased, plomberite-14A,xonotlite, hydrocalumite and C- S-H gradually reduced until disappeared, while plate-shaped hydration products gradually increased.
