摘要
采用碱液处理改性的苎麻纤维做生物模板,进行稀土氧化物掺杂,制备苎麻形态La掺杂SnO_2遗态陶瓷材料。对制备材料的组织成分和显微结构进行分析与表征,并测试了材料的比表面积、孔径分布及气敏性能。结果表明:掺杂稀土氧化物可抑制SnO_2的长大,改善SnO_2气敏材料对C_2H_5OH、CH3_COCH_3及H_2的气敏性能。
La doped SnO2 morph-genetic ceramic was prepared by doping rare-earth oxide using modified ramie fibers treated with alkali as biology templates. The microstructure and phase composition of prepared materials were discussed, and their specific surface area, pore size distribution and gas-sensitive property were tested. The results show that the rare earth oxide can be benefit to retain the growth of SnO2 grains and improve the C2H5OH, CH3COCH3 and H2 gas sensitive of SnO2 gas sensitive material.
