摘要
以漂珠为减轻材料的低密度水泥浆体系在低压易漏地层的固井工程中得到了广泛的应用。为全面探索漂珠低密度水泥石的力学性能,本文对低密度水泥石在不同温度下的抗压强度、抗拉强度进行测试,模拟井下环境对水泥石进行应力-应变测试,并对其微观形貌和孔径分布进行分析。结果表明:漂珠与水泥具有良好的相容性;漂珠具有抗压强度和刚性不阻裂等性质,致使漂珠低密度水泥石具有较高的抗压强度和较低的抗拉强度;高温养护水泥石的孔径分布较低温养护增大,高温水泥石致密性较低。
Cenosphere used as a mitigation material in low density cement system which widely used in the formation of low pressure leaky cementing project. Aim to fully explore the mechanical properties of the floating bead low density cement, the manuscript investigated the compressive strength and tensile strength in different temperature condition. Simulated the underground environment to operate the stressstrain testing, and analyze the microscopic morphology and pore size distribution of the samples. The results showed that the cenosphere has a good compatibility with cement. Cenosphere has the rigid non-crack resistance properties and makes the cement stone has a higher compressive strength and lower tensile strength. The pore size distribution of cement stone cured in high temperature has a widely range compared with the cement cured in low temperature. The density of high temperature cured cement is lower too.
