为行颅内血肿清除术的高血压脑出血患者进行临床路径护理的效果分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的分析为接受颅内血肿微创清除术的高血压性脑出血患者采用临床护理路径(CNP)进行护理的效果。方法将近年来我院脑外科收治的86例高血压性脑出血患者分为CNP组与常规组。为两组患者采用颅内血肿微创清除术进行治疗,在围手术期对常规组患者进行常规护理,在此基础上为CNP组患者进行临床路径护理,然后对比分析两组患者的生活自理率及FMA的评分。结果与常规组患者相比,CNP组患者在接受手术治疗及护理后其生活自理率及FMA的评分较高,差异有统计学意义(t=9.640,P=0.014)。结论为行颅内血肿微创清除术的高血压性脑出血患者进行临床路径护理可显著改善其日常生活能力及患肢的运动功能,此法值得在临床上推广应用。
