摘要
探讨了羊毛纤维去鳞片层后纤维的物理性能。通过测试脱鳞片层后的羊毛纤维的结晶度、纤维表面摩擦因数与力学性能,并与未经脱鳞片层处理羊毛纤维对比,分析羊毛纤维去鳞片层后纤维的物理性能。研究表明,脱鳞片层后的羊毛纤维的分子结构保持不变,而纤维的结晶度、纤维表面摩擦因数与断裂强力均有不同程度的下降,断裂伸长率却有所上升。测试结果表明:脱鳞片层后的羊毛纤维不仅保持了较好的可纺性性能,且在纤维间抱和力方面有所提升。
Properties of wool fibers without scale layers were studied in this paper by testing the crystallinity,fiber surface friction coefficient and mechanical properties which compared with the wool fibers with scale layers. Resarch showed that the crystallinity,fiber surface friction coefficient and breaking strength were all decreased except elongation at break. Meanwhile,the performance good spinnability of wool fibers without scale layers were kept as the wool fibers with scale layers and fiber surface friction was increased.
