摘要
通过测试自制的羊毛面料与兔毛面料的悬垂性、起毛起球、力学性能及透湿性能,对比分析羊毛面料与兔毛面料的物理性能差异。同时,通过测试穿着羊毛面料与兔毛面料保暖内衣在不同温湿环境中的心跳速率和穿着者的感受来判断羊毛面料与兔毛面料的湿热舒适性。研究表明,羊毛面料的抗起毛起球性、力学性能及透湿性能均高于兔毛面料,而悬垂性性能低于兔毛面料。在低温低湿与标准环境中,羊毛面料的湿热舒适性低于兔毛面料,在高温高湿环境中,优于兔毛面料。
Drapability,pilling,mechanical properties and moisture permeability of wool fabrics and rabbit fur fabrics which were weaved by ourselves were test to study physical properties differences.What's more,heart rates and feelings of wearer who were dressed in wool thermal underwear and rabbit fur thermal underwear were research to study hot and humid environment of wool fabrics and rabbit fur fabrics. Research showed that anti-fuzzy-pilling tendency,mechanical properties and water vapor permeability of wool fabrics were all superior to rabbit hair fabrics except drapability. Meanwhile,hot and humid comfortable of wool fabrics in low temperature and humidity environment and standard environment were both inferior to rabbit hair fabrics except high hot and humid environment.
