摘要
通过分析电脑横机技术特点,针对近年来双针床技术向多针床技术发展,四针床全成形技术,纱嘴驱动由横向发展为双向驱动,智能张力控制技术等方面,揭示了多针床电脑横机在全成形技术上达到编织4层,满足大面积复杂花型的成熟性,双向纱嘴驱动技术在嵌花图案上实现单面2色添纱,反向添纱等高效灵活性技术,张力控制技术由智能化系统稳定控制,同时改变牵拉技术下鞋材以及其他产业用材料的出现,预示未来服装及其他领域创新性产品的出现。
The analysis of the characteristics of computer flat knitting machine technology for electronic flat knitting machine,multi-bed machine that can knit fully-fashioned product with more complicated patterns has become a trend. Fully-fashioned knitwear is more popular now. Second,yarn carriers drive technology developed for two-way driven technology. Others,tension control technology becomes more important. It changes the material of shoes and industry,and predicts the future of clothing and other innovative products.
