Advances in the diagnosis and treatment of angioimmunoblastic T cell lymphoma

摘要 血管免疫母细胞性T细胞淋巴瘤（angioimmunoblastic T cell lymphoma,AITL）是外周T细胞起源的恶性侵袭肿瘤,发病率占非霍奇金淋巴瘤的1%-2%,占外周T细胞淋巴瘤的15%-20%。AITL的发病率较低,目前对其临床特点、诊断及治疗的认识较局限。但近年发现,AITL的发病率在亚洲地区呈现上升趋势,因此AITL应该逐步引起人们的重视。AITL好发于中老年人,中位年龄为65岁左右,无性别差异。
