摘要
本文立足于政产学用协同育人理念,把人才培养主动融入杭州市发展十大产业、打造"一基地四中心"的城市发展战略,通过创新政产学用合作机制、拓展政产学用合作途径与平台,共建师资队伍和共管共评实践教学,构建了政产学用一体化的实践教学体系,取得了较好的实践成效,为深化产学合作、推动应用型人才培养提供了借鉴。
In this paper,based on in government university industry cooperative educational concept,train the talent to take the initiative to integrate into the Hangzhou city development of the ten major industries. It creates a base of four centers of urban development strategy,through government innovation production and study cooperation mechanism,expand government industry university cooperation method and platform to build a team of teachers and management common evaluation practice teaching,construct the political academia with integrated practice teaching system and achieve good results in practice. In this way we can deepen the cooperation between production and study,promote the application type talents training to provide a reference.
