摘要
北京"2016·7·20"特大暴雨是自"2012·7·21"以来最强降雨过程,暴雨中心位于房山区南窖,降水总量为422/m,雨强48.4 mm/h,大部分河道出现明显洪水过程,北京市首次发布了洪水预警。通过对本次暴雨洪水进行分析,进一步掌握了暴雨、洪水空间分布、时程特点、频率变化等特性,为及时准确的洪水预警、高效快速的生态调度提供了科学的数据支撑,为各级防汛部门的指挥提供了强有力的决策支持。
"2016·7·20" rainstorm is the strongest rainfall process after the "2012·7·21" rainstorm, storm cen- tre is located in Nanjiao, Fangshan District, the total precipitation is 422 mm, rainfall intensity is 48.4 mm/h. Most of the rivers appeared apparent flood process, the city released the flood warning for the first time. Based on the storm flood analysis, we known the spatial distribution, process characteristics and the changes frequency characteristics of the storm flood. It provides the scientific data support for releasing the timely and accurate flood warning and the fast and efficient ecological scheduling. And it's a powerful support for different levels flood control departments to make decision.
