摘要
当前,输电电缆工程普遍采用交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆,电缆安装敷设时,在弯曲段各曲线处会产生不同方向拉伸力,产生可能导致电缆损坏的压力。为了方便电缆曲率的测量,提出了一种手持式便携测量仪,结合了激光测距和摄像头两种传感技术,对三点法和图像处理法的误差进行补偿,得到电缆的弯曲度。试验结果表明测量仪具有使用简单、精度高、速度快的优点,能实时完成对电缆弯曲度的测量,有效地把控电缆安装工艺质量。
Cross-linked polyethylene insulated cables are now widely used in transmission cable engineering. Drawing forces appear in different directions at the curves in the bent section when cables are laid,and this would give rise to pressure which damage the cable. To facilitate the measurement of cable curvature,this paper presents a handheld measuring instrument,which combines the two sensor techniques of laser ranging and camera to compensate for the errors of the three-point method and the image processing method and to obtain cable curvature. Test results show that this measuring instrument has such advantages as high precision and high speed,and can perform real-time measurement of cable curvature and keep cable installation quality under effective control.
