摘要
目的探讨PBL联合CBL教学法在护理本科实习生临床能力培养中的应用效果。方法选取2013年7月至2014年3月102名护理本科实习生为对照组,2014年7月至2015年3月108名护理本科实习生为观察组,对照组采用常规教学法进行临床能力培养,观察组采用PBL联合CBL教学法进行临床能力培养。实习结束前1个月采用临床能力自我评价表对两组护理本科实习生进行测评,并对其考核成绩进行比较。结果观察组考核成绩高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组护理本科实习生临床能力总分为(439.55±23.18)分,高于对照组(414.28±19.52)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 PBL联合CBL教学法不仅使理论与实践有效结合,同时也提高了护理本科实习生的临床能力,使其更好地适应护理学科及临床护理的要求。
Objective To evaluate the effect of problem - based learning (PBL) combined with case - based learning (CBL) in the training of clinical com- petence of nursing undergraduate interns. Methods Totally ,108 undergraduate nursing interns in Jul. 2014 to Mar. 2015 was recruited as the experimental group, the PBL and CBL combined teaching method in clinical training. And 102 undergraduate nursing interns in Jul. 2013 to Mar. 2014 was recruited as the control group. All students were evaluated using clinical competence evaluation table in the last month of clinical practice. Results The test scores in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P 〈 0.01 ). The clinical ability score of nursing students in the experimental group was (439.55 ±23.18 ) ,which was higher than that of the control group (414.28 ± 19.52) ,the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion PBL and CBL combined teaching method not only makes theory and practice combined with effective,but also improve the clinical ability of undergraduate nursing students.
