摘要
目的:本研究主要对中药材肉豆蔻进行全球产地适宜性分析,为其生产布局提供科学依据。方法:采用药用植物全球产地生态适宜性信息系统(GMPGIS),以文献记载道地产区、野生分布区及主产区的121个肉豆蔻采样点气候因子值和土壤类型为依据,通过生态相似性分析获得肉豆蔻在全球范围内的最大生态相似度区域。结果:东南亚地区是肉豆蔻产地生态最适宜、面积最大的栽培地区,所占面积占全球最适栽培区的31.69%,巴西是肉豆蔻最适宜栽培面积最大的国家,占全球最适栽培区面积的24.45%。肉豆蔻在中国的最适栽培区主要分布于海南、台湾、云南、西藏自治区等省区。该预测结果与文献记载的全球栽培产区相吻合,验证了GMPGIS系统的准确性。结论:本研究为合理指导肉豆蔻全球范围内基地选址、引种扩种与生产合理布局提供可靠依据,对高品质肉豆蔻的科学生产提供技术支撑。
This study aimed to evaluate the suitability of producing areas of M. fragrans Houtt., a Chinese medicine material, providing a scientific basis for its production. Geographic information system for global medicinal plants (GMPGIS) was adopted to compute the areas with the biggest regional ecological similarity in the world through ecological similarity analysis. The factor values and soil types from 121 sampling sites of M. fragrans Houtt., distributed in its indigenous, wild or current producing areas, were involved in the calculation by retrieving literaturals. As a results, it was found that Southeast Asia boasted for its largest optimum producing areas of M. fragrans Houtt. with the best suitability and the largest surface level of global optimum cultivating area accounting for 31.69% in the world. Brazil involved the a large suitable cultivating area of M. fragrans Houtt. accounting for 24.45% in the world. The optimum breeding areas of M. fragrans Houtt. in China were mainlydistributed in Hainan, Taiwan and Yunnan provinces, and the Tibet Autonomous Region. All the predictive outputs chimed with the global cultivating areas in the literaturals, validating the scientific performance of GMPGIS system. In conclusion, this study provided a reliable guidance for selecting bases of M. fragrans Houtt. worldwide, its introduction and planting, and the proper redistribution, which supplied technical support for the scientific breeding for a fine variety of M. fragrans Houtt..
