摘要
目的优化益母草生物碱的最佳提取工艺,为其进一步开发提供理论基础。方法采用L9(34)正交实验法,以生物碱总量为判断标准,考察冷浸提取法中酸浓度、乙醇浓度、浸提时间、浸提次数对生物碱总量的影响。结果益母草总生物碱的最佳提取工艺为70%乙醇提取2次,每次40 min,0.10 mol/L的盐酸溶解。结论本研究所建立的最佳提取工艺简便、经济、可行。
Objective To select the optimum extraction technology of Motherwort alkaloids.Methods L9（3^4） orthogonal test was used.The total alkaloids was dectected as the criterion to investigate the effect of acid concentration,ethanol concentration,extraction time and extraction times on total alkaloids in cold-dipping extraction.Results The optimum extraction technology was 70% ethanol concentration,extracted two times,40 minutes each time,dissolved with 0.10 mol/L Hydrochloric acid.Conclusion The optimum method is Simple,economical and feasible.
