摘要
目的探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的临床效果及治疗依从性。方法选取我院2010年1月~2015年1月收治的70例浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者作为研究对象,根据手术方案不同分为研究组与对照组,各35例。研究组采用经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术,对照组采用传统开放式手术。比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、置管时间、术后住院时间、并发症发生率、复发率以及治疗依从性。结果研究组的手术时间、置管时间、术后住院时间显著短于对照组,术中出血量显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组的闭孔神经反射、膀胱穿孔、术后大出血发生率及复发率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。研究组的依从率为97.14%,显著高于对照组的85.71%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤具有较好的临床效果,手术创伤较小,患者术后恢复快,依从性高,且术后并发症发生较少。
Objective To explore the clinical effect and compliance of transurethral resection of bladder tumor in the treatment of superficial bladder tumor.Methods 70 patients with superficial bladder tumor in our hospital from January2010 to January 2015 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to different therapies,35 cases in each group.The study group was given the transurethral resection of bladder tumor,the control group was given the conventional open operation.The operation time,the amount of bleeding during operation,intubation time,hospitalization time,the incidence rate of complication,the recurrence rate and treatment compliance in the two groups was compared.Results The operation time,intubation time,postoperative hospitalization time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the amount of bleeding during operation in the study group was less than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of complication such as obturator nerve reflex,bladder perforation,massive hemorrhage and the recurrence rate between the two groups（P〉0.05）.The compliance rate of the study group was 97.14%,which was higher than 85.71% of the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The transurethral resection of bladder tumor has a better effect in patients with superficial bladder tumor,which can minimize the operation wound,promote the patient′s fast recovery,improve the treatment compliance and reduce the incidence rate of complication.
