摘要
目的提高二益丸的质量标准。方法采用TLC法对白芷、当归进行定性鉴别,采用HPLC法测定欧前胡素的含量,色谱柱为Kromasil 100-5 C_(18),流动相为乙腈-水(55∶45),检测波长:248 nm,流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1),柱温:35℃,进样量:10μl。结果 TLC法中,在与对照品或对照药材相应的位置上显相同颜色的斑点,阴性无干扰;欧前胡素在2.91~58.11μg·ml^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=1.00,平均回收率为101.64%,RSD为1.17%(n=6)。结论本方法操作简便、结果准确,可用于二益丸的质量控制。
Objective To improve the quality standard for Eryi pills. Methods TLC methods were used to identify Angelicae dahuricae radix and Angelicae sinensis radix. The HPLC method was adopted to determine the content of imperatorin. Kromasil 100-5 C18 column was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water( 55∶ 45),the detection wavelength was at 248 nm,the flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1,the temperature was maintained at 35 ℃ and the injection volume was 10 μl. Results The spots in TLC were clear without interference. The linear range of imperatorin was 2. 91- 58. 11 μg·ml-1( r = 1. 00),the average recovery was 101. 64% and RSD was1. 17%( n = 6). Conclusion This method is simple and accurate for determination of Eryi pills.
