摘要
目的为临床合理使用口服抗高血压药提供参考。方法结合不同疾病的高血压药物选择,采用回顾性分析方法,对首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院2012—2014年临床应用的口服抗高血压药品种、销售金额、用药频度、日均费用等进行统计与分析。结果该院口服抗高血压药的销售金额总体平稳,用药金额排名靠前的药品依次为缬沙坦胶囊、硝苯地平控释片、苯磺酸氨氯地平片、氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪片与厄贝沙坦片。结论该院口服抗高血压药的临床应用基本合理,高效、安全、依从性好的药物更受临床青睐。
Objective To provide reference for rational use of oral antihypertensive agents in the clinic.Methods Combined with the selection of antihypertensive drugs for different diseases,the drug categories,consumption sum,definite daily doses and DDC of oral antihypertensive agents in our hospital between 2012 and 2014 were analyzed statistically and retrospectively. Results The consumption sum of oral antihypertensive agents in our hospital was stable despite a slight increase. The top two best-selling drugs were angiotensin receptor antagonist and calcium channel blocking agent,followed by adrenoreceptor blocking drugs and angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor.Conclusion The use of oral antihypertensive agents is basically rational in our hospital. Drugs with good efficacy,safety and compliance are better-received clinically. Rational use of drugs for chronic diseases requires the joint efforts of clinical doctors and pharmacists.
