改良Y型支架植入术在介入治疗冠状动脉分叉病变中的可行性 被引量:3

摘要 目的对改良Y型支架植入术在介入治疗冠状动脉分叉病变中的可行性进行探讨。方法 32例冠状动脉分叉病变患者,根据介入治疗方式不同分为观察组与对照组,各16例。观察组患者行改良Y型支架植入术,对照组患者行经典crush支架术。对两组患者手术过程及术后6个月冠状动脉造影结果进行比较。结果观察组手术时间、X线曝光时间均明显比对照组短(P<0.05);观察组造影剂用量、球囊用量均比对照组少(P<0.05);观察组球囊对吻成功率为100%(16/16),高于对照组的93.75%(15/16),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组主支再狭窄率、边支再狭窄率比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过1年的随访,在心脏不良事件发生方面观察组(1例)比对照组(2例)低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在冠状动脉分叉病变的介入治疗中,改良Y型支架植入术不仅操作较为简单,耗时较少,同时在分支再狭窄率上相对更低,在心脏不良事件的减少中也更有优势,值得临床推广应用。
