摘要
重水堆核电站自运行以来,装卸料机B推杆多次出现位置失效现象,导致换料中断,换料计划调整,甚至在通道关闭时装卸料机料仓超压而引起重水泄漏等情况。本文针对B推杆位置失效原因展开分析,重点分析了波纹管、减速器、机械计数器和电位计等B推杆的主要部件,就上述部件失效原因提出了改进措施,从而大大减少了位置失效现象。
Since PHWR (pressurized heavy water reactor) put into operation, fuelling machine B ram had experienced many times failure, it cause fuelling interruption, schedule changes, even it can cause fuelling machine overpressures and D20 leaking when closing the channel. These article analyses B ram failure root cause, and analysis emphasis on main component of bellow, speed reducer, mechanical counter, and potentiometer. According to those component failures, this article improves the status, reduce the failure rapidly.
