梅州市公共场所集中空调通风系统微生物污染状况调查分析 被引量:1

Investigation and analysis of microbial contamination status of central air-conditioning ventilation system in public places of Meizhou

摘要 目的分析梅州市公共场所集中空调通风系统微生物污染现状,为公共场所卫生管理提供科学依据。方法2013年-2015年抽取梅州市28家公共场所的集中空调通风系统,抽取空调送风中和空调风管内表面冷凝水及冷却水样本,检测细菌总数、真菌总数、β-溶血性链球菌和嗜肺军团菌数量。结果 28家集中空调通风系统的135份样本空调送风中的细菌总数、真菌总数、β-溶血性链球菌合格率分别为81.48%、75.56%、100.00%;风管内表面的细菌总数、真菌总数样本量均为131份,合格率分别为87.79%、81.68%;18份冷凝水中未检出嗜肺军团菌;21份冷却水中3份检出嗜肺军团菌,检出率为14.28%。结论梅州市公共场所集中空调通风系统存在不同程度的微生物污染,应定期对公共场所集中空调通风系统进行清洗消毒,加强监督管理。 Objective To investigate and analyze the microbial contamination status of central air- conditioning ventilation system in public places of Meizhou city,so as to provide scientific basis for the management of public health. Methods 28 sets of central air- conditioning ventilation system in public places of Meizhou city were collected from 2013 to 2015,the samples from supply air and inner surface of ventilation pipe,the condensation water and cooling water were selected for the examination of the total bacteria count,total epiphyte count,the cout of β- Streptococcus haemolyticus and Legionella pneumophila. Results Among the 135 supply air samples from 28 sets of central air- conditioning ventilation system,the qualified rates of total bacteria count,total epiphyte count,β- Streptococcus haemolyticus were respectively 81. 48%,75. 56% and 100. 00%; both of the total bacteria count and total epiphyte count on inner surface of the ventilation pipe were 131 samples,and the qualified rates of total bacteria count,total epiphyte count were respectively 87. 79% and 81. 68%. Legionella pneumophila was not detected in the 18 samples of condensed water. 3 samples of Legionella pneumophila were detected in the 21 samples of cooling water,and the detection rate was 14. 28%. Conclusion There are different degrees of microbial contamination in central air- conditioning ventilation system in public places of Meizhou city. The cleaning and disinfection should be regularly conducted,and the supervision and administration management should be strengthened.
