摘要 为研究高水平代谢有机酸对AA肉鸡生长性能、血液生化指标、肠黏膜形态的影响,试验选取一日龄雄性AA肉鸡192只,随机分为4个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复12只鸡,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添0.1%、1%、5%代谢有机酸,试验期28 d。结果表明:1与对照组相比,0.1%代谢有机酸组肉鸡28日龄体重、日增重高于对照组但无显著差异(P>0.05),5%代谢有机酸组肉鸡体重、平均日增重和平均日采食量极显著低于其他三组(P<0.01)。2随代谢有机酸添加水平的提高,肉鸡血清尿酸和葡萄糖含量呈增加趋势,其中5%组肉鸡血清葡萄糖含量较对照组提高13.04%(P<0.05)。30.1%代谢有机酸组肉鸡十二指肠、空肠绒毛高度较对照组分别提高了0.75%、2.01%(P>0.05),5%代谢有机酸组十二指肠绒毛高度极显著低于其他三组(P<0.01),隐窝深度极显著高于其他三组(P<0.01)。日粮中5%水平代谢有机酸明显抑制肉鸡生长;添加有机酸会提高肉鸡血清中尿酸、葡萄糖含量,对小肠吸收功能影响显著。 The experiment was conducted to determine the effects of dietary supplementation of meta- bolic organic acid on growth performance, blood biochemical parameters and intestinal mucosal morphology in AA broilers. Select 192 one-day-old with an average body weight AA broilers, the AA broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 12 AA broilers in each replicate. AA broilers in the control group were fed a basal diet, other groups fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.1%, 1%, 5%metabolic organic acid. The experiment lasted 28 days. The results showed that: ① Compared with the control group, the body weight and average daily gain of 28 days old of the broilers in 0.1% group were higher than the control group with no significance(P〉0.05), the body weight, average daily gain, average feed intake of 5% group were very significantly lower to the other three groups(P〈0.01). ②The content of serum uric acid and glucose showed an increased tendency with the increasing dietary supplementation of metabolic organic acid, serum glucose in group 5% was significantly increased by 13.04% to the control group (P〈0.05). ③Compared with the control group, the villus height of duodenum and jejunum in 0.1% group was increased by 0.75% and 2.01% (P〉0.05), the villus height of duodenum in 5% group was significantly lower than the other three groups(P〈0.01), crypt depth was significantly higher than the other three groups(P〈0.01). In conclusion, dietary supplemented with 5% meta-bolic organic will inhibit broilers growth. Dietary supplemented with metabolic organic acid can improve the content of serum uric acid and glucose, there was significant influence on the intestinal function.
