介绍了CRH380B高速动车组齿轮箱箱体的质量标准,铸造工艺设计与优化,以及变质精炼、浇注和热处理等工艺方法。研制的CRH380B齿轮箱具有内部质量好、实物力学性能高的优点,从而确保了产品的安全可靠性。从产品设计、过程控制、质量检测等方面阐述了产品质量的控制措施,保证生产过程质量稳定性。
The quality standard, casting process design and optimization, aluminum modification as well as degassing, pouring, and heat treatment process for high speed gear box CRH380B were introduced. The gearbox CRH380B has merits of good internal quality and mechanical properties, which ensure the safety and reliability of the product. Process control and quality inspection have been elaborated from aspects of the production design, process control, quality check, and so on, which ensure the stability of quality in production process.
