摘要
目的:探讨冬菊洗液中药熏洗促进手烧伤后创面愈合的临床效果。方法:纳入手部深Ⅱ度烧伤患者200例,随机分为对照组100例和治疗组100例。治疗组采用冬菊洗液进行中药熏洗后按常规换药处理,对照组用生理盐水浸浴后按常规换药处理,每日换药1次,直至创面愈合为止。治疗后第15天,评价两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者的创面愈合时间及创面脓液培养情况。结果:治疗15 d后,对照组的临床总有效率为76%,治疗组为89%,治疗组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的创面愈合时间平均为(19.7±1.4)d,对照组的创面愈合时间平均为(22.4±2.5)d,治疗组的创面愈合时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。治疗后第5天、10天、15天,治疗组患者的创面脓液培养阳性率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用冬菊洗液中药熏洗治疗手部深Ⅱ度烧伤能有效促进创面愈合,降低创面感染发生率。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medical fumigation with ＂ Dongju Lotion＂ for promoting wound healing after burn of hand. Methods： A total of 200 cases of deep second degree burn of hand were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group （ 100 cases） and the control group （ 100 cases）. The patients in the treatment group were treated with fumigation of ＂Dongju Lotion＂ combined with routine dressing change and the patients in the control group were treated with immersion bath of normal saline combined with routine dressing change, once a day until wound healing. The fifteenth day after treatment, the clinical effect was evaluated and the wound healing time and the results of bacterial culture of wound pus were compared. Results ： The fifteenth day after treatment, the clinical total effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 76% and 89% respectively, and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The wound healing time of the treatment group was （ 19.7 ± 1.4） d and the wound healing time of the control group was （22.4 ± 2.5 ） d. The wound healing time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. The fifth, tenth and fifteenth day after treatment, the positive rate of wound pus culture in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Chinese medical fumigation with ＂ Dongju Lotion＂ can promote the wound healing and reduce the incidence of wound infection in the treatment of deep second degree burn of hand.
