摘要
为了科学、高效地筛选出符合育种目标的甘蔗优良杂交组合。提高育种效率。采用同异分析法，对2014-2015年度云瑞14系列的42个杂交组合，进行了以株高、茎径、锤度、有效径、单茎重、产量6个目标育种指标的评价。评价结果表明：云瑞03—321×云蔗10—45、云瑞10～1055×德蔗07—36、云蔗05—51×云瑞05—770三杂交组合的综合联系度数值分别是0．8105、0．8097、0．8008（均〉0．8000），同异分析评语为优秀．其中云瑞03-321×云蔗10—45这个杂交组合的综合联系度是42个材料中最大的。云瑞05-679x德蔗93-94、德蔗07-36×云瑞05-704两杂交组合的综合联系度依次是0．7030、0．7008。综合联系度数值介于0．700-0．800之间．同异分析评语为良好。其余杂交组合表现一般。
Aim to scientifically and effectively screen out the good cross combinations of sugarcane for improving the efficiency of breeding, 6 agronomic traits of the 42 cross combinations of sugarcane derived from YunRui 14 series from 2014 to 2015 were evaluated by similarity-difference analysis, including plant height, stem diameter, degree of hammer, the effective diameter and weight of single stem. The evaluation results showed that three cross combinations, YunRui03-321×YunZhe10-45,YunRui10-1055×DeZhe07-36,YunZhe05-51×YunRui05-770, had high integrated connection degree value （0.8105, 0.8097, 0.8008, respectively, 〉0.8000）, so their estimation grade were excellent; YunRui05-679×DeZhe93-94, ZeZhe07-36×YunRui05-704 had medium integrated connection degree （0.700〈0.7030 and 0.7008, respectively, 〉0.800）, and estimation grade were well. Performance of the rest hybridized combinations were general.
