摘要
对原子吸收法测定环境中的铬进行了综述,介绍了环境上铬的测定方法包括现场应急检测法和实验室检测法,着重介绍了原子吸收法测定铬。铬样品采集根据样品状态有不同的采集方法,其中空气中的铬采集主要用滤料法。采集得到的样品需经过消解法进行前处理,当样品含有待测物铬的浓度较低或有其他干扰离子是通常要使用到样品的分离与富集技术。对于检测结果的不确定度分析和检测结果的质量控制也会在很大程度上影响结果的准确性。
To summarize the atomic absorption method for the determination of chromium in environment, the determination of chromium on the environment was described, including on- site emergency detection and laboratory detection, it highlighted the determination of chromium by atomic absorption spectrometry. Chrome samples according to the state of the samples had different methods of collection, including chromium acquisition mainly used in the air filter material. Collection of sample pretreatment should be carried out after digestion, when the concentration of the sample containing chromium remained to be tested was low or there were other interference that ions were usually used for the sample separation and enrichment techniques. For the test results of uncertainty analysis and further quality control test results, the accuracy of the results will be drastically affected.
