摘要
本文利用抗逆力理论分析农村留守儿童,以弥补"问题"取向研究之不足,呈现留守儿童自身向上的生命力,从而为强调"增能"与"人在环境中"的社会工作介入提供实际的参考。本文基于对13个留守儿童的个案研究,参考Hunter的抗逆力层次模型,通过对比与归纳,从微观到宏观分析农村留守儿童来自于个人、家庭、学校、社区的抗逆力保护因素。笔者认为留守儿童环境中的保护因素共同发挥作用,它们可以培养儿童积极的个人特质,消减风险因素的不良影响,推动留守儿童良好适应与健康成长。
This paper is based on the resilience theory,trying to study the left-behind children and aiming to make up for deficiencies of the problem perspective and present the vitality of the left-behind children to finally provide practical reference to social work that emphasizes the importance of the empowerment and Person-in-environment. Relying on thirteen cases of the left-behind children,and from microcosmic to macroscopic,the author analyzes protective factors of resilience of these left-behind children from four aspects,namely person,family,school and community by using comparison and induction in Hunter's hierarchical model of resilience. The author holds that the protective factors in rural environment working together can cultivate positive personal characteristics of the left-behind children,reduce the adverse effects of risk factors and promote better adapting and growing of the left-behind children.
