摘要
简要介绍了袋式除尘器和滤筒除尘器的应用背景和发展历史,说明了两种除尘器的结构特点和工作原理。重点介绍了影响袋式除尘器性能的主要因素,以及两者现存的问题。比较结果表明:袋式除尘器的主要优点是除尘效率高,特别是对微细粉尘的处理能达到较为理想的效果。而滤筒除尘器主要优点表现在压力损失较小,除尘效率高,动力消耗不大,运转、维护费用较低,而且由于过滤风速低,滤料的使用寿命长。但是由于其具有褶状结构,清灰相对较难。
This paper briefly introduced the application background and development history of the bag filter and the filter cartridge dust collector, and illustrated the structure characteristics and working principle of the two kinds of dust collector. The main factors that affect the performance of the bag filter and the existing problems were presented in this work. The results of the comparison showed that the major advantage of the bag filter was high dust removal efficiency, especially for the fine dust treatment could achieve the ideal effect. The advantages of the cartridge dust collector were mainly manifested in the low pressure loss, high dust removal efficiency, low power consumption, low operation and maintenance costs. In addition, the filter media had a long service life due to the low filtration velocity. However, because of its pleated type structure, the dust cleaning was relatively difficult.
