摘要
采用比较法、调查法对基于慕课理念的课程教学改革进行深入分析,提出促进教师专业化发展的有效途径。通过实证研究,教师的主体经验得以扩展,相关研究成果可为慕课视域下的教学内容、方法的组织、评价和管理提供指导和借鉴。
The paper proposes effective ways to promote the professional development of teachers on the basis of the in-depth analysis of teaching innovation under the theory of MOOC through the methods of comparison and investigation.Through empirical research, subjective experience of teachers would be expanded and some relevant researches would provide guidance and lessons for the teaching content, organization of methods, evaluation and management under the perspective of MOOC.
