摘要
鉴于封头最大塑性变形不能全面反映冷冲压残余影响,有必要对封头塑性变形的整体分布规律展开研究。针对不同规格封头的冷冲压过程进行数值仿真,运用统计学方法,拟合出塑性变形分布规律的预测公式。通过开展封头冷冲压成形试验,发现数值模拟和预测公式得出的封头厚度变化和经向塑性应变均能较好地与试验数据相吻合,从而验证了预测公式的有效性。研究表明:封头等效塑性应变沿轴向的分布规律可用2段开口相反、平滑过渡的抛物线来描述;封头厚度变化沿轴向的分布规律可用2段斜率不同的直线来表示。建立的封头塑性变形预测方法简洁可靠,可满足工程实际的预测需求。
Considering the maximum plastic deformation cannot fully reflect the residual effects of cold stamping, it' s necessary to study the overall distribution of heads plastic deformation. Simulating cold stamping process in order to acquire the plastic deformation distribution of standard elliptical heads of different specifications, and by means of statistics, the prediction formulae were established to fit the plastic deformation distribution. The cold stamping test was carried out to verify the accuracy of the finite element models and the prediction formulae of cold stamping plastic deformation distribution. Research has shown that distribution of head equivalent plastic strain can be described by two stages of parabolic curves, and distribution of head thickness variation could be approximated as two segments of straight line. The prediction method of plastic deformation were accurate enough to be applied in engineering.
