摘要
胶合木-混凝土组合梁中的剪力连接件是整个组合梁中至关重要的一部分。为了抵抗木梁与混凝土板之间的纵向剪力和滑移,不仅要求剪力连接件具有一定刚度,还必须具有足够的受剪承载力。为了研究胶合木-混凝土组合梁螺钉连接件的受力性能,对10组共30个胶合木-混凝土组合梁螺钉连接件进行推出试验研究。根据试验结果,探讨了螺钉连接件的受力特性和破坏机制,分析了螺钉直径、螺钉嵌入长细比、混凝土强度、螺钉布置方式等因素对螺钉连接件受剪承载力的影响。结果表明,螺钉连接件受剪承载力随螺钉直径的增大而增大;螺钉连接件受剪承载力随螺钉嵌入木材部分长细比的增大而增大,但增长幅度趋于平缓;混凝土强度和螺钉布置方式对受剪承载力的影响很小。研究结果可以为胶合木-混凝土组合梁的设计和工程应用提供参考。

The effects of screw diameter, embedded slender ratio of screw, concrete strength and screw arrangement on the shear bearing capacity were also analyzed. The results show that shear bearing capacity of shear connectors increases with the screw diameter.The shear bearing capacity of shear connectors also increases with the embedded ratio of screw, but it will increase smoothly when the embedded slender ratio reaches to some value. Concrete strength and screw arrangement have little influence on the shear bearing capacity of screw connectors. The research results can provide a basis for the design and engineering application of glulam-concrete composite beams.
