湿法炼锌赤铁矿法除铁及资源综合利用新技术 被引量:24

摘要 针对高铁闪锌矿有价金属综合利用的难题,开发了含铁溶液预处理—渣矿协同浸出—赤铁矿法除铁及有价金属综合回收技术工艺,获得锌回收率〉96%,除铁率〉93%,赤铁矿渣含铁60%-65%、含锌〈0.5%、含砷〈0.01%、含硫〈2%。产出的赤铁矿渣经处理后可作为炼铁或生产水泥等的原料,解决了常规除铁方法不适应处理高铁溶液和铁渣中铁无法回收的问题,实现了铁闪锌矿的高效综合回收利用。 Considering the problem of comprehensively recovering valuable metals from marmatite,a technology,solution containing iron pretreatment-simultaneous leaching of residues and marmatite,hematite precipitation and valuable metals recovery,was developed. More than 96% of zinc recovery,above 93% of iron removal rate could achieve. Moreover,hematite residues containing 60% - 65%iron,less than 0. 5% zinc,0. 01% arsenic and 2% sulfur could be obtained,which can be used in iron making or cement production as raw materials after processing. This solves the key technical problems of the traditional process unadapted to deal with high iron solution and unable to recovery iron contained in residues,which can realize comprehensively utilization of marmatite.
