摘要
目的 :探讨胸腺肽对复发性口腔溃疡患者的免疫球蛋白及T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法 :选取复发性口腔溃疡患者100例,依据随机分配原则分为维生素组和胸腺肽组各50例。维生素组患者给予20 mg维生素B_2口服治疗,胸腺肽组患者在此基础上给予20 mg胸腺肽口服治疗。采用免疫酶法检测T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3、CD4、CD8)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平,随访1年,统计分析所有患者临床疗效、淋巴细胞转化率、红细胞玫瑰花环形成细胞率、T淋巴细胞亚群及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,胸腺肽组患者治疗有效率、CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、淋巴细胞转化率、红细胞玫瑰花环形成细胞率、IgA、IgG、IgM水平均明显高于维生素组(P<0.05),而2组患者不良反应发生率无显著差异性(P>0.05)。结论 :口服胸腺肽治疗可有效改善复发性口腔溃疡患者的免疫球蛋白及T淋巴细胞亚群水平,增强机体免疫力,提高患者的临床疗效,且具有良好的安全性,值得临床作进一步实践。
Objective: To discuss the effect ofthymosin on immunoglobulin and T lymphocyte subsets of patients with recurrent oral ulcer. Methods: One hundred patients were selected and randomly divided into a vitamin group and a thymosin group with 50 cases each. The vitamin group was orally given 20 mg vitamin B2 while the thymosin group was orally given 20 mg thymosin besides 20 mg of vitamin B2. The levels of Immunoglobulins (IgA, IgG and IgM) and T lymphocyte subsets (CD3, CD4 and CD8) were detected by immunoenzyme method. All the patients were followed up for one year and their curative effectiveness, the lymphocyte conversion rate, erythrocyte rosette formation cell rate, T lymphocyte and adverse reactions were statistically analyzed. Results: The treatment efficiency, CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8 levels, lymphocyte conversion rate, erythrocyte rosette formation cell rate and immunoglobulin levels were higher in the thymosin group than in the vitamin group (P〈0.05) after treatment. There were no prominent differences in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups (/〉〉0.05). Conclusion: Oral thymosin can improve the levels of immunoglobulins and T lymphocyte subsets of patients with recurrent oral ulcer, enhance immunity and improve clinical curative efficiency with good safety.
