气囊仿生助产模式对孕妇自然分娩的促进意义 被引量:29

THE SIGNIFICANCE OF AIRBAG BIONIC MIDWIFERY MODEL ON PROMOTING NATURAL CHILDBIRTH PREGNANT

摘要 目的研究气囊仿生助产护理模式对孕妇自然分娩中的促进意义。方法选取2014年3月—2015年12月108例自然分娩的产妇作为研究对象,随机将研究对象分为对照组与观察组各54例。对照组产妇采用常规自然分娩,观察组产妇在自然分娩时加用气囊仿生助产护理,分析比较二组患者分娩方式、产后出血率及总产程、第一产程、第二产程的时间。结果观察组产妇生产后比较二组在患者分娩方式、产后出血率以及总产程、第一产程、第二产程的时间,观察组均明显优于对照组,二组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对自然分娩的孕妇采用气囊仿生助产模式在临床中使用效果显著,能够有效地减少了产后出血量,缩短产程,减少并发症的发生,能极大程度保障母婴安全,在临床中具有积极作用,极大程度保障了母婴安全。 Objective To study the significance of airbag bionic midwifery model of care for pregnant women to promote natural childbirth. Methods From March 2014 to December 2015, 108 cases selected from outpatient maternity ward of natural childbirth were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 54 cases in each group. Women in the control group received conventional natural childbirth, while the women in observation group were given natural childbirth plus airbag bionic midwifery care. The tWO groups were analyzed on mode of delivery, postpartum hemorrhage rate and the total production process, first stage,second stage of labor. Results The two groups were compared after production on delivery of maternal annoying way, postpartum hemorrhage rate and the total production process, first stage and second stage of labor. They were superior to the control group, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P〈0. 05). Conclusion The use of natural childbirth for pregnant women airbag bionic midwifery model shows a significant clinical effect. It is possible to effectively reduce the amount of postpartum bleeding, shorten labor, reduce complications, has a positive effect in the clinic, the maximum level of protection safe motherhrhood.
