摘要
[目的/意义]为企业知识库的质量控制提供参考。[方法/过程]分析国内外企业知识库的研究现状,从内容、管理、技术、用户体验与环境等角度分析影响企业知识库质量的因素。[结果/结论]提出内容、管理、技术、用户体验与环境等方面的质量控制措施,指出只有多管齐下,才能加速知识的传播、交流、共享和利用,为企业增加效益。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide reference for quality control of enterprise knowledge base. [Method/ process]The paper analyzes status quo of researches on enterprise knowledge base at home and abroad, analyzes impacting factors of quality of enterprise knowledge base from perspectives of content, management, technology, user experience and environment. [Result/ conclusion]The paper puts forward quality control measures from aspects of content, management, technology, user experience and environment, and points out that only a multi-pronged approach can accelerate spread, communication, sharing and utilization of knowledge, so as to help enterprise to increase benefit.
