摘要
医院人力资源作为医疗卫生服务提供的主体,其知识、经验、技术和职业道德,直接决定着医院服务的质量、效果和服务品质,是医院在竞争中求生存和求发展的关键。本文对广西医科大学第四附属医院人力资源管理中的岗位职责、人力资源规划与配置、招聘与培训、绩效考核与薪酬设计、离职管理等环节的精细化管理进行阐述,探索了精细化管理与服务品质提升间的相互关系。
Manpower is the main body for a hospital to provide medical health care services, whose knowledge, experiences, technologies and ethics directly determine the performance, effect and service quality of the hospital. Moreover,it is also the key issue for a hospital to survive and develop in the fierce competition with other hospitals. This paper tries to explore the correlations between elaborate management of human resource and the promotion of service quality in Liuzhou Worker's Hospital by specifying job responsibilities and expounding the elaborate management on personnel planning and placement, recruitment and training, performance appraisal, compensation design and employee turnover.
