摘要
圆管带式输送机因其环保、灵活等特点日益受到重视,但同时易出现扭转、跑偏、撕边等故障,文中从圆管带式输送机的特点出发,就其扭转问题进行分析,探索弯曲曲率半径、机架设计和制作、托辊及托辊支架的制作安装、导料槽及转运溜槽的设计和安装、输送带选择以及环境和设备维护等诸多方面因素对圆管带式输送机扭转现象的影响,并进行简单的力学模型分析,根据分析结果提出几种常用的圆管带式输送机扭转调整方法,并总结一些必要的预防措施。
The pipe belt conveyor becomes more popular as it' s environment-friendly and flexible. But the equipment is prone to torsion, off-tracking, torn edge, and other faults. The paper analyzes the torsion problems in view of the charac- teristics of the pipe belt conveyor, studies the effect of multiple factors on torsion of the pipe belt conveyor including radius of bending curvature, frame design and fabrication, fabrication and installation of the roller and roller rack, design and installation of feed channel and transfer chute, selection of conveying belt, environment, and equipment maintenance, then the paper performs simple analysis on the mechanical model. Several torsion adjusting methods for common pipe belt conveyors are put forward according to the analysis results, and necessary preventative measures are described in the paper.
