摘要
动力学研究是物理化学的一个重要研究方向,对于化学反应的动力学及机理研究是对其深入认识的基础。其中涉及的定量研究的思想与方法学不同于一般有机制备化学,在国内的有机化学课程中少有提及。本文介绍了一个国外大学有机化学实验,即最典型的卤代烃SN1溶剂解的动力学的探究实验。进而对实验中的3方面基本问题进行了分析。该实验的设计与实施值得借鉴,并应用于国内本科生有机化学实验。
As an important subfield of physical chemistry, kinetics can provide fundamental understanding of a certain chemical reaction for further mechanistic study or rate acceleration. The methodology and principle of investigation in a quantified manner are quite different from the normal organic synthetic chemistry, which is rarely mentioned though in domestic undergraduate organic laboratory. This paper introduced a traditional organic chemistry experiment for under- graduates abroad, namely the kinetic study of SN1 SOIvolysis, and analyzed 3 significant aspects of the experimental process. The design and implementation of this experiment are worth apply- ing to the Chinese undergraduate experimental education.
