摘要
本文主要以钾长石、钠长石、方解石、龙岩土、氧化锌为主要原料仿制龙泉哥窑冰裂纹,利用正交实验法研究配方组成对龙泉哥窑冰裂纹釉的影响。结果表明:最佳效果冰裂纹釉的配方组成为(g):钾长石:35,钠长石:40,方解石:10,龙岩土:7,Zn O:2,在烧成温度1250℃,保温时间10 min下获得了有层次堆积感、如冰花般绽放的冰裂纹釉。
In this paper, the imitated Longquan Ge Kiln ice crackle glaze was prepared by using sodium feldspar, potash feldspar, calcite, longyan kaolin and ZnO as raw materials. Effect of composition on crackle glaze was studied. The results showed that formula (g) composition is:potassium feldspar 35,albite 40,calcite 10,1ongyan Kaolin 7,ZnO 2, the smooth and layered ice crackled glaze was obtained at 1250℃ for 10 min.
